Simple recipe to make pesarattu dosa

Material Moong dal - 1 cup Rice – 1/2 cup Oil – for frying dosa Green chilli - 2 Onion – 1 finely chopped Coriander – finely chopped Salt - as per taste

Mix 1 cup mung dal and half cup rice and wash it thoroughly in water

Now leave the lentil-rice mix to melt for a while. You can do this work before also.

For better taste, grate carrots and mix them with finely chopped onions.

Now make simple filling by mixing 2 chopped green chillies and green coriander.

The filling that we have prepared is inside the dosa which gets steamed and is very tasty to eat.

Grind ginger and green chillies well. Make sure that the paste should not be too thin. It should be a slightly rough paste.

Take out the paste in a bowl and keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Now rotate it in a circular motion on the pan, add one spoon of oil, add carrot onion paste inside it and cook till it becomes golden in color.

Your pesarattu dosa is ready.
